The vibe is really cool and life runs at a way slower pace, so I get the vibe shyt. Out of the three you listed I would choose SC in a snap as long as you can deal with the heat.

Arkansas, I was paying 650 for rent in a big ass apartment in the suburb in North Little Rock. . Basically the south homie. Arkansas, Alabama, Mississipi, South Carolina and you can even live outside the city as there is barely any traffic.

I'd say Washington State....if you from an expensive state like me(NJ) it's way cheap...depending on the area you can get around fairly easy with no car.

I only moved there for a career opportunity. I am in ATL now . Dimes and in shape females get wifed up quick. Most of the black women were overweight . I stayed there for a year and a half. I did date a couple cute ones though.
