The best time to go is the time that works for your schedule. You just made an excuse for every tine of the day, so it's a commitment issue and not time of day thing it seems.
Man just go workout. That "too tired" shyt not gon cut it. I go in the evening after work around 5 or 6.. If I know I can't make it at that time I'll go at 4 or 5am..
Speaking from my experience. The best way to truly attack the gym is to discipline yourself to go first thing in the morning or during your lunch break (which isn’t as feasible).
The thing about early morning beyond it being empty and distraction free, you benefit by getting it out of the way to enjoy other things in life while people are awake and moving, and you are more likely to stick to a healthy diet.
I function best going early af and then a couple times a week I’ll go hoop with the homies at like 6/7
