I've been slipping the past year and a half and ended up with a belly.
What's the quickest/easiest/best way to get rid of it?

What diet's should I get on? What workout should I do?
I've been doing situps but they don't actually get rid of the stomach.
Help me out brehs.

Can't really spot reduce fat loss. You have to lose it overall:

Good nutrition
Sleep
Good fitness program with a strength training aspect
what kind of nutrition though? I'm not trying to gain more weight in the belly area.

and to my other nikka. what kind of cardio works the best? treadmill? because I stay cycling.

That's hard to answer individually. Big picture its the best food choices that allow you to get the proper amount of nutrients into your system.

Consumer fewer calories, reduce your fat intake (especially saturated fats), reduce your sodium intake, eat natural foods more than processed junk food, and drink more water.

Also, workout with some intensity, run fast, lift heavy and stick with it.

:whoa:

Assuming its not at a high level why would you do that? You NEED a certain amount of that.

Most people's problem is consuming too much carbohydrates, not fat.

I think the carbohydrate thing is overrated honestly. If you over eat either one they they're both stored as fat, but at least with your carbs you get energy for your workout. Also, I was mainly referring to saturated fats, and I don't think i need to explain to you how unhealthy those are, and yes people overeat those because they're abundant in fast foods and junk foods.

I eat a ton of carbs and maintain a 6 pack and an overall lean build. If I cut them down then i'd feel flat as hell during my workouts, and ultimately wouldn't be able to put in as much work.:ld:

Not true. Most people have better success losing fat on a low carb/high fat diet than vice versa. You could have two people eating the same number of calories, but with different macros, the one with the lower carb macros will most likely lose more fat than the other one. There's science that explains it on a physiological level, but I'm too tired to type it all out. You can google it if you want. Also, saturated fat is not bad for you.

This is where you have to take individuality into account. I don't think there is a blanket answer for everyone. Your ability to process carbs and stay lean "could" be due to how your body responds to processing them in the system. Just based on the average make up of the country most of us aren't currently able to do that.
