Best way to reduce food cravings?

Apples are filing. I usually eat one as a snack between breakfast and lunch. I tend to eat oatmeal before bed.

How can you burn 1400 calories at the gym? :wtf:

I could be on the treadmill for like two hours and probably wouldn't burn that much.


But anyway, eat enough so that you're not hungry. Works for me .:yeshrug:

I burnt 900 on the treadmill, use the eliptical for 20 minutes burn about 200, use the bike machine, burn another 200
lift weights after all that, Im 6'2 220 pounds breh

I co-sign apples, and I'll snack on almonds throughout the day also.

That way, there's always something in my stomach and I don't get that gnawing, hungry feeling.
