What's the best way to spend an hour in the gym to lose body fat? Im tired of getting bigger shoulders and arms.

Eat less. Drink lots of water. Go for long walks. Or if you like to run, jog no less than 2 miles a day for two weeks. U can lose 20 pounds this way (yes, in two weeks).

You can't lose 20 pounds in two weeks unless it's water weight. Just not physically realistic to burn that much fat in such a short amount of time.

A pound of fat is 3600 calories, so even if you didn't eat anything at all you still wouldn't lose more than a pound or so a day.

YOU can’t. But it can be done. You’d be amazed how far u can go if you’re disciplined. Eat mostly fruits, add a lil protein to ur diet and stay active. Boils down to how bad u really want to lose weight.
