Eat less. Drink lots of water. Go for long walks. Or if you like to run, jog no less than 2 miles a day for two weeks. U can lose 20 pounds this way (yes, in two weeks).
YOU can’t. But it can be done. You’d be amazed how far u can go if you’re disciplined. Eat mostly fruits, add a lil protein to ur diet and stay active. Boils down to how bad u really want to lose weight.You can't lose 20 pounds in two weeks unless it's water weight. Just not physically realistic to burn that much fat in such a short amount of time.
A pound of fat is 3600 calories, so even if you didn't eat anything at all you still wouldn't lose more than a pound or so a day.
