people really need to stop sleeping on Jump Ropes. Stairmaster, treadmills, eliptical are all mad boring. You lose your mind from monotony. Jump ropes are like dancing and styling plus you look like a ninja and engage your upper body as well. Add in the learning and mastery of new tricks and it's always a new challenge. Factor in the mobility of ropes and it's undefeated. I have a flight in 2 hours and i just snuck in a 22 minute session in my backyard.

To lose fat you need to eat in a calorie deficit

in the gym you only need to progressively overload 6 exercise

over head press
Bench press
Squat
Deadlift
Row
Pull up
I would say this.
If I only have an hour, I am hitting heavy compound exercises.

assuming you’re also eating in a cal deficit.

if you got done lifting and had 5-10 minutes for cardio left, do some hiit cardio.

could probably superset some exercises if your in shape enough.

I feel like everyone has different cardio preferences. I jump rope a lot and I will never ever be the person that just goes for runs or jogs

Yeah I used to get crippling calve soreness after going hard multiple days. I bought compression Sleeves and socks for the legs to stave that off and it helps but if I go super ham with double unders I’m still limping the next day. I’m also no spring chicken anymore.

Treadmill but with a setting that forces you to have to run at differencen speeds/resistance (HIIT) so Hill Run or Fat Burn setting........choose a speed that you're comfortable with and increase the speed by 0.1the next time you come to run, everytime you finish the run (should be 20min run with 4 mins walking though different treadmils have different settings)

Thanks me later
