I would say this.To lose fat you need to eat in a calorie deficit
in the gym you only need to progressively overload 6 exercise
over head press
Bench press
Squat
Deadlift
Row
Pull up
Eat less. Drink lots of water. Go for long walks. Or if you like to run, jog no less than 2 miles a day for two weeks. U can lose 20 pounds this way (yes, in two weeks).
I feel like everyone has different cardio preferences. I jump rope a lot and I will never ever be the person that just goes for runs or jogspeople really need to stop sleeping on Jump Ropes. Stairmaster, treadmills, eliptical are all mad boring. You lose your mind from monotony. Jump ropes are like dancing and styling plus you look like a ninja and engage your upper body as well. Add in the learning and mastery of new tricks and it's always a new challenge. Factor in the mobility of ropes and it's undefeated. I have a flight in 2 hours and i just snuck in a 22 minute session in my backyard.

Leg-focused HIIT. But you'd be better off adjusting your diet and doing fasted cardio.
jump rope is the goat but my ankles and legs get sore after multiple days in a row and I have to take some days off and I hate that
Burpees and jump rope
