Don't get me wrong, Roc is one of my favorite MC's in the last decade across the board, he's very interesting to me. And while I'm sure plenty of people prefer Marcberg, I didn't hear it til after Reloaded and it just didn't come off as seamless.. And all his music that has dropped after it makes it feel like some sort of a fluke.

Marcberg is the blueprint to a lot this shyt and it's great in it's own right, but Reloaded is too fire.

I can't really do it. I used to think Marcberg was the better "album" so to speak, but there were days where I'd just let Reloaded ride and others where I'd have certain songs on repeat for hours.

I'm out :hubie:

As an ALBUM, Reloaded for sure. It's more refined and while it has multiple tracks with hard drums, the drum-less shyt on there clearly birthed a wave that still resonates today. I love Marcberg too. It prob has the best back-to-back track sequence on the albums, from Snow to Ridin Around. But you can also tell he was still refining his style, figuring out what works, etc.

Two classic albums.

I'll gladly be in the minority for this poll. 'Snow' came out when I was on my grind heavy, so 'Marcberg' will always be held in high regard.

And there ain't a track on 'Reloaded' that fukking with 'Thug's Prayer' 😀

Have you ever lost a close homie/
And have to see him cold on a gurney?_ (hmm) You’re not alone on your journey/ Time heals all wounds, that’s what my nikka Zo told me/
But yet I feel so lonely (thug’s prayer)/ :to:
