He had all his success between 93 and 97. His 2006 album went gold which is ok..but since then he has released like 8 albums that went triple almunimum. His best success was 20 years ago. Compare his sales to the shower amount of garbage he puts out and it's really not worth mentioning. Generally if he is known outside the West coast it's because of how bad his rap style is and most nikkas thinking to themselves " who listens to this dude ?"

You bringing up Lil b completely killed your argument. At the peak of lil b's popularity he couldn't even move 2000 units of an album that was supposedly surrounded in controversy due to the title.

Nobody said she was purely hip-hop. She is hip-hop but she obviously blends genres. She makes better music than E-40 according to most though.
