I find it hard to believe that a city like LA that has way less black people and a less diverse black population has much more “beautiful” women.

In the extremely small sample of going to la about once every 6 weeks and living in ny, women in ny look better. There a lot. Better chance of you seeing a nice looking women in NY due to everyone being outside walking. I just dont see much people outside in la in general so it's hard to even compare.
