Could either way. Popular logic says Kanye and because he has fewer spotty records, he probably has the most strongest catalogue. But I also think Yeezus and 808s might have been a bit overrated and generously reviewed. Everything else solo and collabos is good. With Nas I think his matrierial is underrated in larger crowds and as much as people say he has an inconsistent body of work, others can argue just as well its strong. Hes one of the few rappers whos' discography is argued furiously back and forth to this day and I think that matters and is always open for a broad discussion.
I'm going with Nas for longer time and I think the good outweighs the bad but Kanye has teflon line with the six albums hes got too
