The Patriots by a pretty clear margin. Belichick is also a far superior to Popovich, and that's saying a lot.

Spurs are CLEARLY the better dynasty.

The patriots are the more impressive dynasty though, since being a dynasty in football is MUCH harder. The only thing about patriots is all the shady stuff that went on behind the scenes. So that makes spurs the better dynasty.
