Tony and there's no doubt about it. Kyrie is flashier so it looks cooler, but if you legitimately think he's a better finisher you're just wrong.

From ages 20-30 Tony shot on average 66% within 3 feet of the rim. Kyrie's an average of 59.5%.
Tony at his peak shot 70.5% within 3ft of the rim, Kyrie's best is 61.4%. Tony was out here floatin in the DeAndre Jordan tier at the rim :dame: no disrespect to Kyrie but I'm not sure how many PGs have ever been as good at finishing as Tony

Going with TP here.

That little floater inside the paint was easy money. In fact, now that people emphasize so much on the 3 point shot it would have even been deadlier in todays NBA.

It's hard to argue against Parker bc his game was subtly brilliant--a mixture of quickness and skill that allowed him to eat very well in the paint. But as far as the stronger finisher I would go with Kyrie bc when he's on he can finish everything. His ability to go glass is next level, and he can always get to his spots.
