It's more than simply a song title. There's lyrics in the song where he uses the slang. As often the case with popular songs, you wouldn't hear a rapper adopting or picking up slang from elsewhere unless said rapper picked up outside."Fo sheezy my neezy keep my arm so breezy".

if i wanted to hear some new material that takes me str8 to BK, jay-z wasnt someone who's new chit i would go to in that timeframe. he was industry. only str8 off the street slang he was using, was mostly philly chit he picked up from SP. the rest was industry/commercial for the most part.

i keep telling you in multiple threads, stop using what these rappers say/do as a metric for stuff.
