Easy answer. Lob City is clearly a better overall team and CP3/Blake are more dynamic offensively. Meanwhile, Kidd/KMart and an assortment of bum ass nikkaz went to two straight Finals. Kidd/KMart was more successful where it counted.

That was Chris Paul's case back in his days in New Orleans. His clippers team be getting knocked out because of "him" over the last 2 or 3 years.

2013- clippers had home court
2014- CP3 made dumb plays down the stretch in game 5
2015- blew a 3-1 Advantage

i didnt say i would build my team around kmart.

in other words, if i had a stacked squad like these 2016 clippers, i'd roll with kmart over blake.

now if i had a lottery team and i had to choose between the two, its definitely blake.

That Kidd/K-Mart Nets team benefited from an all time low in the eastern conference. That 01-03 period was brutally awful in term of quality for the east.

The Knicks fell off by that point.
The Heat were old as fukk and crippled by injuries.
The Hornets had a nice team but too inury prone.
The Bucks were dismantling.
T-Mac played with
AI played wih
Boston had Pierce, Walker & Mattafact, go ahead and put Walker in the category as well.
Detroit & Indiana were building some great teams (too bad the Pacers fukked themselves over)

Put them in the west and they're at BEST a top 6 team. Lakers, Spurs, Mavs, Kings & Blazers were all better than them. I'm not even sure they were better than the Wolves tbh

2013 - You mean when Chris Paul showed out against the Grizzlies that were able to shut down Kevin Durant because Blake and Jordan were getting absolutely destroyed by Zbo and Gasol?

2014 - Yeah, CP3 being the absolute best offensive player and having to switch between guarding an MVP-tier Durant and Westbrook is totally at fault for a couple of plays, never minding the two most questionable calls I. The entire series went against them.

2015 - CP3 was injured and there isn't a goddamn person on the planet who could have expected Josh Smith to turn into Reggie Miller for a game.

Cp3 isn't perfect but he's typically shown out in the playoffs and he's usually one of, if not the best, individual players on the floor.

Winning in the all time low of the Eastern conference doesn't count for anything. These Clippers would have swept their way to the finals in those years.

The Clippers have had better seasons than any of those Nets teams.
