watching curry bust a bunch of wide-open threes doesn't change my stance.

i think hes solidified himself as the goat shooter tho.

Not sure if the Warriors win 60 games if u swap out a prime AI with Steph. They"d be dynamic and at times unstoppable. But I just feel like AI like Kobe had that insatiable need to score...and it would throw of the balance...the same balance that makes the Warriors as special as they are.

Damn shame cause Dude was actually a great passer. Had he changed up his game as he got older he would have unstoppable. I always expected him to have a 24 and 10 Westbrook season as he got older. But somehow he never came close to that.

As great as AI was he never truly fulfilled his real potential that woulda been conducive to winning rings. He had he maybe u could have had a debate between him and Curry

warriors winning a playoff series without em.
The Rockets don't have much business being in the playoffs as it is. They're the most dysfunctional and ill-disciplined team in both conferences - postseason speaking. The Warriors wouldn't get away with resting Curry against the Jazz in the same manner.

nah.

they could beat the jazz without curry too.

Not much of a Curry fan, but the film and shot charts says he hits an absurd number of contested 3's
:francis:

ehh.

I don't usually see his shots contested LIKE THAT.

neither does Oscar.

ai is among the very few in terms of individual talent
he's play 1v5 and win special

curry is a great ball handler the goat sniper and plays for the top flight organization in the league right now
he's great in his own right

it's just different

They probably would, but it would take them at least six games to do so, and they'd be beaten up and exhausted in the process. I still fail to see your point in bringing up what the Warriors are doing against a .500 team without Curry - a team that wouldn't have even made the playoffs in the East. 16 teams had a better record than the Rockets this season.

:what:

His shots are being contested 5ft behind the arc. He receives the most defensive attention a jump-shooter has ever had.

Oscar doesn't know what the fukk he's talking about.

of course he receives more attention than most jump-shooters. cuz most jump-shooters are just that. jump-shooters.

his shots aren't anywhere near as contested as a Iverson shot or an Oscar shot.

Yeah, teams are leaving the greatest shooter ever wide open. :bryan:

defense isn't that tight on him. cuz of the combination of new rules, and him having 4 other offensive threats on the floor with em.

that's why his place is gonna always be a question mark.

:merchant:

Teams during Oscar's time in the league weren't contesting shots like that. It's absurd, even by your standards to suggest so. Iverson's shots at the rim were more contested because he took a higher volume of shots there, but Curry generally receives more attention whenever he shoots.

Yeah it's quite clear you don't watch enough Warriors games.
