Again I'm not understanding why you're bringing up Missy Elliot? She ran the female rap game for a very good while. Had hits on top of hits. Wrote and produced. She got SICK and couldn't perform anymore. During her absence people moved on from her.

Um after they got signed Mathew was still her manager still running DC4. Tina was still making their clothes.

Your gripe with Bey sounds petty as hell. Janet Jackson came in the game with GOAT producers. Michael Jackson worked with the best of the best being since he was a child.

they got different registers they sing in. janet's range and lane ain't beyonce's so that's apple and oranges. but technically speakin', yeah, beyonce has a more stronger voice, i'll give you that. but judgin' beyonce off her own "talent", i don't "feel" it with beyonce. her voice and vocals suppose to evoke some type of emotion and she just comes across like she's real bland to me. even with janet's low register, soft like whisper vocals, i feel it. there's emotion there
