It’s not about “trying” anything. A man who has been a career politician for over 40 years should know what legislation he can and cannot get passed. He should also be a highly effective negotiator.

I can’t take anybody serious who actually believes Biden didn’t know know the republicans wouldn’t pass his student loan forgiveness plan. When he said he would forgive the the student loans most people would assume that he already knows what he has to concede in order to get it passed.
