60% of African Americans supported those bills at the time, its easy to just blame Biden but we definitely have to take blame as well for pushing for them. Funny part about it is those bills accordint to gallup is that they were in the 40s for white support.

Meaning, can you say that Obama isn't responsible for the change without tacitly admitting that Democratic policies that have been implemented around these ideals have had a positive effect over time? Do you think the life expectancy for African Americans 'naturally' increased over time through medicine but not the Democratic initiatives around equal access to medical care for example?
