how will it lead to more criminalization? if menthols are no longer produced, they're no longer produced, they aint arresting people for having them. and no shyt, people will have vices, but the tobacco industry specifically targeted black folks with menthols which are harder to quit. nothing wrong with taking away that variable, people are still free to smoke, but why save a product that's more detrimental and specifically marketed to us?
