thinking I might switch to AMEX Platinum from my AMEX Delta Reserve next year since I don't travel for work no more.


edit: fukk it, just applied anyway since I know I'd get it. I'll ditch this Delta Reserve before the fee is up next year and keep it as well for now.

I really want AMEX to let go of that Equinox credit. I feel like the only people that would use that have the black card or on their way to getting a black card. They need to change that to any gym membership.

Does a gym mbrship make any difference in your decision on having a platinum card?

I seriously doubt it. Everything isn’t for everyone on the card. I’m getting mines out of that card based on hotel status, lounge access, global entry and clear. Ain’t worried about equinox

It doesn't make a difference and I got the card for the same reasons since I travel at least once a month. Its just that one it seems a lot of platinum card holders including myself don't really get why it's on there.
