If they are intent to bury you, tell them to release you from the contract because you are trying to put yourself over. The preacher shyt is just so awkward and terrible. You can tell Big E is not comfortable doing it at all. The should just let him be himself. See his instagram...people love that kinda shyt. That Preacher Gimmick should have gone to R-Truth.

That 5 shyt is entertaining...but bad for business. People will not let E get 5 counts on em. It makes em look weak. I think the only way they could pull that off is if he was a monster heel. He could do the 5 count after cheating (knock a nikka unconscious with the a foreign object and do the Big Ending on em...make the ref count to five while they lay there completely knocked out)...Squash matches with enhancement wrestlers...or if he started a fued with Damian Sandow. Those are the only ways it would go over with no heat from other wrestlers. 5 counts was cool for NXT but honestly doesnt belong on the big stage.
