Ok forgive me because I’m a bit bias. Georgetown is my favorite college bball team actually they’re probably my favorite college program to root for in any sport. That being said what is wrong with what Cooley did? Providence fans can be delusional all they want but Georgetown has a significantly bigger national profile. I know they’ve had more recent success than us but shoot we did just make a FF in 07 when was Providence’s last trip 87? It would’ve been noble to win a chip at Providence I guess but he did about as much as he could do for that program; and also I think his daughter attends Gtown how cool is that? Any ways I hope for better days at the hilltop I really like the Cooley signing.

As for Pitino, can’t teach an old dog new tricks. He can coach his tail off and he’ll probably win a bunch of games at STJ but believe somebody when they show you who they are. He’s definitely going to get involved in some serious mess and people will fake act surprised. Comedy haha.

As a St. John's alum I totally agree. Yeah we may make some final four appearances or hopefully even a championship. But I'm not going to lie I also anticipate some vacancies in the future.
