Yeah, I'm hoping the rest of the album has at least some unheard stuff in it though. It really stood out to me.

I think if there are any unheard verses they will be few and far in-between. The marketing for the album and word from everyone involved is that its mostly freestyles and leaks that they’ve cleaned up and mixed/mastered.

I kind of thought that might be the case. Hopefully they have a surprise or two up their sleeve.

The big picture barely had unheard verses. He didn't leave a lot of recordings. This is stuff that's been out. I'm not betting big on this album

Yea i’m looking at this as one last hurrah for L and a respectful cap off for his legacy. Something that his fans can have for vinyl/collection purposes and a final home for some of his unofficial/unmastered recordings.

Mass Appeal has proven they can do right by posthumous albums. Pimp C, J.Dilla, Mobb Deep, and now L.

Yeah my main hope is that it isn't just a rehash of that album.

It's verses and demos too from unreleased music that people haven't heard.

A lot of it's been pulled from things he wanted to drop in the late 90's, but didn't get a chance to. Just saw Nas over the weekend. I can say, without saying too much, that this is going to be much better than The Big Picture.

Are DITC involved in any way? Features, beats etc?
