I like how you casually throw out this information since you pretty much know everyone from back then. :russ:

"What are you talking about? I had dinner with Premier last night and he was talking about the Nas album. I mentioned the release date and he said 'Yeah, I just found out today.'"

I've been around. HAHA!

It just defeats the purpose of this album feeling authentic, it's like the Biggie duets & Pac posthumous albums for me which was ridiculous.

I understand that but they are working with limited new verses & leaked material so the chances of it feeling authentic probably wasn’t a possibility if your a Big L stan, I’ve got all the unreleased stuff from COC, DITC on my PC if I ever decide to hook it up again from the Big L forum days.

If this final LP is too get Big L more noticed to a newer audience with the features/production I won’t be mad at that…Big L is a rapper that can definitely appeal to the new generation & deserves to be.

The Mac feature is a surprise, I wonder where they got his verse from for the record, he was an L Stan.

I think this release might remind people how ill L was, Happened to me recently cause unfortunately he didn't have a lot of material out.
Hope the producers are on point, for sure they enjoyed working on this with how precise and entertaining L was.
