I fully agree, but you know Joe gonna get the brunt of the criticism.
Pun had a platinum album posthumously released, so if his family was broke after he died, someone stole money from them. It wasn't necessarily Joe, but something must have been fukked up if they ended up homeless.What else does Fat Joe need to do?

I know in 2016 fat joe and pun wife settled for like 1 or 2 million

But joe settled in another case she had against him, so there was definitely money that pun was still owed
