I'm gonna call it a tie with Kanye without a doubt beating Wayne in 2012.

Hell, the biggest star under Wayne's wing (Drake) took direct influence from Kanye's material on 808's and Heartbreak.

On zero levels has Wayne been more influential on 2000s-2010s Hip-Hop culture than Kanye West.
