I disagree with that because in the early part of his career HOV was the major influence on what people wore and what people thought was acceptable to wear.Dudes like Kanye and Andre were up on that 'weird' tip for a minute before dudes thought it was acceptable When he hopped on the 'swag' style he started ODing on it to the point where people are just looking at him like
. I don't think any single person can claim to be the major influence on baggy clothes or whites tees. That's just up in the air.I think he did have an influence on people getting stupid tats though.

-the most featured artist in music of ALL TIME, think about that for a second

Late Registration and Be in '05. That's a lot of records sold and influence on that hip-hop community. Both classics to a lot of people.
'05 was a breakout year for Wayne but Kanye got that. 2010 Kanye dropped MBDTF.
Carter 4 was the bigger album but it was a total dud to fans. I'd have 2011 as a draw.

I give Wayne credit for signing the artist and sticking with them. You remember Nicki back in 07?
he was also one of the first dudes to reach out to Drake...and Wayne's impact def was a reason Drake is as popular as he is today
