The people that know the most about Hip Hop I've observed their favourite rapper might be people like Pac, Nas, K-Rino, Jay Z, KRS-One (possibly KRS the favourite the most of the most knowledgeable Hip Hop heads I've encountered), Rakim.

I'm not sure what that face means lol but a lot of people that I see knowing a huge amount about Hip Hop rate K Rino the best or amongst them, Scarface and Z-Ro do, DJ Premier and many many others been hugely complimentary. Personally he's in my top 3. But a lot of people I've seen with quite deep knowledge have him as their goat. Though like I said, I find KRS-One and 2 Pac to be probably the most popular choices amongst the most knowledgeable. Only my own personal observations.
