Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 being unfinished.

Despite the few issues with the story if it had been completed it would of been a pretty solid game and would of kept the main series afloat with the semi-serious tone that Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 were known for.

Instead they went to a more childish route and limited their buyers to a more younger audience and missed a chance for Sonic to continue onto the newer gen.

Five hundred and ninety nine dollars.
Went from selling over 100 million units more than the competition of the strength of the system with no gimmicks (like the Wii used) to sell to a struggle to not finish in third place in a single generation because of that price.

My mom bought me this for my bday and it was expensive as hell and it wasn't what I wanted which was a ps1. She didn't know the difference and just bought a game she new nothing about. I wish I knew the a$$hole clerk who fleeced mom dukes wit that shyt instead of the playstation

Working Designs localized games that where made in Japan. There hasn't been a game in that series since 2004. That series is effectively dead like many of the other smaller JRPGs (Lunar, Grandia, Wild Arms ect).
