I can’t believe this Dominican have so much power in Hip Hop

I'd argue Vibe Magazine
I remember reading they got shot at while filming the video for New York, New York. I don't know if this is the same thingWhat did Dogg pound do for Biggie to call the goons on them?
Nothing honestly. Lol. nikka Biggie was on one. What did Dogg pound do for Biggie to call the goons on them?
Yes. Biggie getting on the radio resulted in them getting shot at.I remember reading they got shot at while filming the video for New York, New York. I don't know if this is the same thing
riiiiiiight and the East/West Coast rappers were just Innocent and got played as pawns by the mediaStop, Vibe magazine instigated the fukk out of the East coast West coast beef. They had that cover with Biggie and Puff on it adding to the tension. They didn't just report what was happening
everybody do that lol we do it down south alsoeven though I'm from here I get a kick out of them mocking the NY slang in the beginning of the track![]()
riiiiiiight and the East/West Coast rappers were just Innocent and got played as pawns by the media
nikkas making songs called NY, NY and then nikkaz respond with songs like LA/LA......Puff get on wax calling cats out by name (which was not the norm at the time). talking about he fck so and so bytch, talking about folks kids.....Puffy getting on mixtapes sending idle threats and shyt.....
I mean cmon call it like it is and quit trying to blame the media.
Juggalos don't lie! Rep.They posted a bunch of photos on thecoli they stole from other peoples social media and pretended to be members of the Bloods for internet clout
Oh wait that was OP![]()
you are not telling the entire story lol makes me wonder did you live through it or just talking 2nd hand.Who released the songs to the general public, the rappers or their label execs? The same executives who said Little Brother was too smart to be played on BET. I bet if Dogg Pound did a song called "Israel Israel" dissing Israel that shyt wouldn't have come out
The media fueled the fire. A beef between Bad Boy and Death Row turned into east vs west when Vibe and other publications fueled the fire.
I lived through all of thisyou are not telling the entire story lol makes me wonder did you live through it or just talking 2nd hand.
since rap's inception .....there had always been tension between East/West and even in real life....You can even go back to the days when MC Hammer was on top and he had issues with all those NYC rappers and they had issues with them, it's just back then, people didn't beef on wax the same way they started to in the mid 90s and today. Of course the media gonna cover it....but the media didn't make Biggie get on radio and have Dogg Pound trailer shot at.
The media didn't make all these cats make these diss records....the media didn't kill Pac or Biggie
it's always been East Vs West issues, it's just Puffy and Suge made it easier for each side to ride for their own, even after they was shot, you still had people like Ice Cube and the Westside Connection kicking up dust against the East Coast.
It's just like in any city in America....this side of town don't get along with that side of town
well then you know what im saying is real thenI lived through all of this
