Man, nobody raps like Pac. fukk outta here.Facts
Nope.Pac was poetic, Biggie was an emcee
Biggie could flow better, better storyteller, more melodic
Pac had work ethic & passion
They were neck & neck but Biggie was clearly more naturally talented
Problem?Make a thread on Pac first two albums![]()
Im going to say this one last time. The narrative that Jay couldn't be who he was if BIG didn't die is stupid. In 1996 Jayz had a big club record on the Nutty Professor sdtk.
When Aint No N1gga came on everyone used to run to the dance floor. Now I do think Jayz used Biggies formula but it really wasn't BIGs formula. They both got their style from Kane.
The only thing they didn't do that Kane did was the dancing.
He already had a career before he died. Im sure when The Commission album would've came he would've took off.Not only would Jay have had a career so would Camron considering BIG brought him around.Jay wouldn't have become who he became as a mainstream rapper to casual listeners if BIG didn't die.

BIG walls king from 94- until he died the difference in the 90s and 2000s rappers took breaks in between albums. You still had Nas, 2Pac, Outkast, Snoop,Redman,Scarface. Rappers still moved physical units so Jay still could've had a run.Never said he wouldn’t have had a career. He just wouldn’t have been as big with the casual hip hop listeners. He filled that void left by BIG.

The public always love a fresh face as well. I also think BIG wanted to get behind the scenes in the industry. I don't think he wanted to rap forever
