Mike Shanahan's best QB was a 35 year old John Elway who he had for like 5 years at best. But guess what? He got 2 rings out of him in 5 years. Imagine if he had Elway for 20 years.

Tom Landry had Roger Staubach for only 9 years and made 4 Super Bowls, and won only 2. Imagine of Staubach played during those early 80s NFC title games that Danny White lost?
