So the Falcons ultimately passed on him because he wanted the level of control he had in New England. If he doesn't give up that demand his career is over. Nobody is going to be interested in giving a 72 year old man that's not the actual team owner that level of control. He needs to accept that era is done. Coaches work with the executive they aren't the executive. Campbell and Holmes for example.
He must not know who Arthur Blank is lol. Also, how tf you even entertain hiring the coach from the team that gave you the most crushing loss in franchise history? I’m going to assume that played a part as well.

He wants the wins record. He's 26 behind Shula right now.

The problem for Beli is he wants full control of a team and nobody is handing that over to him with his GM record in New England.
He’s not leaving until that happens or the league forces him out. Atlanta interviewed him twice to get him to just be a coach, he said no so they moved to plan B. Chargers I think was always Harbaughs to lose.

Dude is just old now. He cant get full control at 72. He isn't a long term solution for teams. Nothing to do with his football knowledge but everyone getting younger in the HC position and you cant change up your whole structure for the HC either, and remember Bill may have not been fully comitted to the job either so who knows.

It’s a wrap for him. He can’t get past the idea of having full control and he, quite frankly, doesn’t deserve that. He can’t draft offense and he hasn’t demonstrated the ability to build a strong offensive coaching staff that doesn’t involve McDaniels. If he doesn’t land the Seattle or Washington jobs then it’s game over. If he’s out for a year then I don’t see why anyone would want him when the next coaching cycle comes around.

TYRONE GA!
It's his age at this point. He probably thought they'd be beating down his door. I bet Tom Landry thought the same thing in 89. He never coached again. Belichick needs to just relax, he can now rest on his laurels. Enjoy the last yrs on earth and maybe go get to know your family in a real way.
fukk all dat.

Bill gonna be on dem hoes even more!!!

You guys hired the Bengals OC, Brian Callahan.

He's a Texans fan. He just feels the need to keep the Titans pickle in his mouth for some strange reason as if this isn't the first time they've won the AFC South since Trump was in office and has forgotten how to have some class. He also may be referring to him as a DC to which we can prob assume the hoodie won't even bother with that demotion and even if he did, we certainly don't have our eyes on him.

Whatever happened to Belichick being the untouchable demigod who could win with anybody? The genius who "threw" regular season game in anticipation of playoff rematches?!

Very well said. If anyone thinks that an egomaniac like Bill Beiichick, would ever be a coordinator again, is utterly clueless.
