Maga BabbleHim being there doesn't automatically make him guilty. Because YOU or I believe he shouldn't be there doesn't make him guilty. Liberals like to use the "but he was carrying a gun" argument so that makes him guilty because they hate guns (except for when their personal security has them).
The jury is going to have to decide at the time of the shooting did Killahouse have a legitimate self defense claim.
So many people with dumb takes on this case based off emotions and personal bias.

He didn't have to be there.. And thats major.. I thought the premise of self defense was that you had no other choice.. Kyle actually did if you sit down and really think about it..
I don't think that is going to play a part in the jury's decision. They are not going to find him guilty because he shouldn't have been in Kenosha that night. That's not the charge.
No the part where he shot three people makes him guiltyHim being there doesn't automatically make him guilty.

[QUOTE="Wildhundreds, post: 44046575, member: 29959"]He came to Kenosha specifically for what he did.. Everything he did was premeditated while he was making his 45 minute drive from Antioch Illinois up to Kenosha Wisconsin.. And when he got there he said "give me a gun".. If you just look at the three incidents, he's not guilty.. But if you look at the That's a reach and there is no evidence to show that. That is not what the jury will base their decision on.
If he planned to go on a shooting spree why didn't he do that before the interaction with Rosenbaum?
People adding in extra stuff that has nothing directly to do with the shooting incident.
If the jury believes that Kyle instigated the incident with Rosenbaum then he is done.
If they believe Rosenbaum had been threatening him that night and chased Kyle with the intent to do harm, Kyle will walk.

Why do you post on this forum? It’s one thing to bring up debate. It’s another thing to try and act educated, and troll. I’ve been a paralegal for over 15 years. This case is open and shut as they come. But with that judge, it’s a whole new ballgame.
When.. not if.. but WHEN he gets let off the hook.. best believe them cacs are gonna be like ‘oh, Kyle got away with shooting whites? I BET we can mow down them negroes and they won’t do shyt to us’
Be ready for it. But something tells me you’re white.. so you really don’t have to worry about it.
Its more of a message to white people letting them know they can get it too if they get in the way of W.S..
