This is a retarded ass post, for all the reasons that have been mentioned.

Look up Clean Hands Doctrine. Why he was there and what he was doing there matters greatly

i don't think that will apply in this case,

This comes down to self-defense and who the jury believes was the aggressor.

Try harder :unimpressed:

:smh:

Imagine me tryna school a fry cook on law. Have a good day fam.

No. How exactly?

You are giving this judge too much credit.

Of course the defense will call for a mistrial that is their job.

This will be decided by the jury.

If the judge grants the motion for mistrial.. then the jury has nothing to do with the outcome of this 'trial'

I cant tell if you're being serious right now. :dwillhuh:

The justice system is garbage :mjlol:

The fact that this kid can illegally cross state lines with guns that he wasn’t legally allowed to have access to, kill three people, claim self defence and people actually consider his point is hilarious :mjlol:

Also he didn’t even know the business owner either :mjlol: He had met the dude that day, and none of them asked Kyle (who they just met) to do anything.

I was gonna say when the dudes in here who are riding for him were saying he was protecting a friends business. the dudes only 17 what business owner is he friends with and who’s gonna ask a 17 year old to bring a gun to protect their store lol

Violence during class warfare.

This is nothing new. Poor people fighting and killing each other over beliefs, freedom and justice.

If this isn't another glided age idk what it is

The reason I ride for gun rights because most the women in my family live alone and own guns. I want them to carry more because they do dumb shyt like try and get food at 9PM at night in Atlanta.

With the violence going on there I just want them to feel safe. I've told some of them to go shooting when I'm in town.

I don't live there to protect them and my uncle and cousin live in Florida. My father has been deceased for a few years and wanted me to get her a gun due to his ailing health.

I could give a fukk about Rittenhouse. I want the laws to work for us and I don't want the government locking up someone I love for defending themselves because they "weren't supposed to be there" or any other excuse. Just me tho.
As long as your family members dont go to Maga rallies and shoot unarmed people there, then you shouldn’t really be worried about the ramifications of this case.

He went there with a gun to intimidate ppl and in his mind thinking "i wish someone would...".

Well his wish happened, and now he's crying on the stand.

He'll get off, but he's guilty. Wanna know how I know?

Imagine if he was black and did this. Trial would already be over

The rioters had no right to be outside as well. The specific moment he defended himself and lit those cacs up. Kyle is a degenerate cac just like the people he shot

He has the right to carry, but he doesn't have authority to play police.

Ypur right to carry is for your own personal protection, not to pretend like you're Johnny Law.

A Villa Straylight.
People out here acting like 'I'm black, I do black things' is a proper deflection for parroting points that are not conducive to happy black existence.
Either there's internet anonymity allowing people to play their best digital blackface... or there's c00nery going on. Period. Acting like this case has fukk-all to do with black people in any positive sense is obtuse. There is nothing to be gained for us from this case going any way but him going to jail.

Anyone actually black knows this doesn't play out this way if Kyle doesn't shoot white people.
Anyone actually black knows this doesn't play out this way if Kyle isn't a white person.
Anyone actually black knows that, no matter how this plays out, the justice system we exist in wouldn't allow us to be in this situation and do these things and get even a tenth of the consideration given to this murderer. Period. Our fukking victims don't even get this level of consideration.

Anyone actually black knows that this trial is bullshyt and largely performative, and generally speaking is really just an indictment of the divergent justice systems in place that the whole fukking situation was about in the first place. Self-defense doesn't get to work like this for anyone but white boys who 'have their whole lives ahead of them'. Everyone else gets the circumstances of 'what were you doing to cause them to react like that' applied to them - black folk, brown folk, asian folk, women. But here we literally have the law coming in to protect this white boy from even being confronted with the fact that he has victims. Because that might make him feel like he did something wrong. And godforbid a white man gets his feelings hurt.

fukk this bullshyt.
fukk this case.
And fukk everyone trying to act like cheering on Kyle fukking Rittenhouse isn't being a c00n in all caps.
Point-blank period, argue with yo mama about it, I'm not hearing any counterpoints.

Justice for Ahmaud.
White people are going to allow their adherence to white supremacy to destroy them.

No. How exactly?

You are giving this judge too much credit.

The judge is literally the most influential human being in the courtroom when it comes to impacting a jury's verdict.

The testimony he allows/strikes, the evidence he allows/strikes, and especially the words he says to them before they recess
