I think people seem to get Gates issue confused. Since he is big in Planned Parenthood's survival which has been placed in African American Communities across America. He decided it wasn't fast enough in depopulating Blacks, so he created his vaccine program in Africa to depopulate Africans in the motherland.

"The world today has 6.8 billion people... that's headed up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent."
