I think shaming can work if it

1. Doesn't come off over the top viscous and if you show some concern after you shame

2. You care about the person's opinion who is shaming you

Eh, I agree with both. Some people respond to negative reinforcement vs positive and vice versa.

But at the end of the day being fat IS NOT healthy and if you're going to be a fat ass just be ready to accept all the detrimental shyt that comes with it, same with smoking, drinking ,and etc.

I agree with you about the internet man. I was just giving a situation where shaming someone could help. Like if your wife, parents, or doctor shamed you. You might be more likely to do something about it cause you care what they think.

Depends on the person's mins set. Could motivate them could make them more depressed. A lot of people gotta hit rock bottom before they make any changes, for example: your wife says you aren't attractive anymore at that size

I just dont get why things like alcoholism , drug addiction , or even paying for hoes is shamed but overeating is not. Anything that may impact you in a negavite way should be shamed.
