i dont like his podcasts. i hated him on-air. i am 100% one of those people who prefers reading bill simmons over listening to/watching bill simmons.

dude with a face made for radio and a voice made for the outer vacuums of space somehow turns his shortcomings into enough money for his immediate family to be straight for at least a generation (if everyone is smart). off no other skill besides having an opinion and relatable knowledge of pop culture.

even if he fails the rest of his professional career, he already won. HBO ain't getting a dime of that money back.
