terrible decision to sign him to that contract. they should have tanked for a few years and they would have had luck or griffin. idiots.

here's the thing though, he was ballin in 2011 to start the year. The Bills had too good of a record to tank for Luck or Griffin by midseason. The Bills then signed him to that extension... and then we all saw how 2012 was.

I feel ya on that but I been telling rein since sohh that he was a fluke and this contract would not end well...he was a tease to a city that has been desperate for a franchise qb for nearly 2 decades. when you've experienced that type of futility I think I would have tested the loyalty of the buffalo fan for one year by tanking for a year and keeping my eye on the prize, luck. i feel bad for buffalo, they deserve better.

true, i remember the talk back on sohh when the Bills were in the hunt for the division/playoff spot and this debate was going on. Didn't take long to see it was fool's gold

and Buffalo has a great fan base, loyal despite almost 20 years of teases and bad teams

but my take is you feel you have a good qb and you try to cater to him. your identify your team as an offensive team and so do others. you most likely neglect your defense because you spend money to give your qb better surrounding cast on offense. etc, etc.

its all done because qb is thought to be the center of the fukking universe nowadays
