If you think Thomas Sowell is bad then your problem is you don't identify the problem in the black community. That's why you can't understand black people who don't complain and blame everyone for their shortcomings. It's people like you that will fail in life and point the finger at everyone else but yourself.

The black community has words like c00n, Uncle Tom, etc to separate people who are advanced thinkers from the average person. I don't know any other race that has terms like that. I'm pretty sure if Bill Gates was black people would call him c00n like they do all rich black people.
Thomas Sowell is wrong on nearly every point he's made throughout his career as a right-wing propagandist.

By the way, Clarence Thomas is definitely not a white supremacist by any means. He has some pretty extreme views, but he is "pro black" in some fukked up Darwinian way. He's a right wing black nationalist, if that makes sense.

He believes that America will never truly embrace black Americans and that racism can not be overcome. He also believes that only the strongest black ppl can survive and even thrive in America. He believes that liberals are damaging black Americans by selling them a lie. Anyway, you can read more in a biography that was recently released called "The Enigma of Clarence Thomas"

Here's a very good review which summarizes Thomas' views:
Robin has a few missing pieces in his article that really harm his central thesis.
At best, the idea that Thomas is "pro-Black" comes from a pretty thin set of dicta in a few of the decisions he's made. I thought the book had merit when it first came out, but after *really* getting a chance to delve into some of his more recent horrific concurrences, dissents, and majority decisions, it appears that he's simply jumped the shark into something akin to fascist corporatism - not unlike Alito or the Fifth Circuit's current conservative loons.

A handful of decisions outright foreclose the ability of innocent people to get a chance to appeal their decisions, for people enslaved by corporations to sue, for voters in swaths of the U.S. to get representation, for the legislature to LEGISLATE if its a popular decision, for the rights of incarcerated people, etc.

He's even gone against popular libertarian positions - to the point of being outright contradictory.
Black women and black LGBT weirdos are used as pawns for white liberals, and they're completely unaware of that they're being used. shyt is tiring.

No one here is going to read all that and continue to call him a 'c00n' for simply being republican.
Thomas is a c00n.

I actually think you're too stupid to understand their points

Pre-Civil Rights history of America has multiple examples, Tulsa being one of the more prominent, of thriving black communities - powered by economically self-sufficient black businesses - that were burned to the ground by mobs of white people whose violence was either sanctioned or ignored by the state apparatus. What traitors like Thomas and Sowell propose is simply impossible in a system of unchecked white supremacy, for the necessary protections that exist to ensure black people can build the communities their delusions envision without interference from outside forces are being actively weakened by the crowd Thomas and Sowell are allied with.

Without stringent enforcement of the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments, there is no America in which black men will ever achieve Thomas’s fantasy of a black community built on “libertarianism and free market economy.”

Exactly, it's the sad truth of things. It's why I said white supremacists would dream of that situation, but you put it more bluntly for people.

edit:

And even with a charitable approach to what people have provided as simple "libertarianism", I can promise you are far out of your depth if you champion that as means of improving the wellbeing of black people in this country, that is beyond fukking stupid and white supremacists dream of that scenario.
