binge eating

anyone here have problems with binge eating? I am very active and work out heavily, but my nutrition ranges from perfect to absolute crap. There really isn't any in between. They say the solution is to find a happy medium, but I don't like portioning my junk food because i'm not satiated or satisfied. I'd rather pig out every once in a while, but the problem is i binge for a few days or a few weeks then get so sick of myself that I start eating 100% healthy again. I feel like a rat trapped in a maze brehs :mjcry:

my last binge consisted of:
-6 regular sized butterfinger bars
-3/4 of a family sized bag of munchies chips
-2 king sized snickers bars


and my mouth is salivating right now just typing this shyt, but i've managed to string a few days of healthy eating together. anyone else struggle with this? and the thing is, i'm muscular and ripped and not fat, so no one could tell that i engage in these habits.

You should talk to a nutritionist and therapist.

I haven't dealt with Binging but I definitely battle with disordered eating.

And most people with binge disorder or any eating disorder look normal and healthy. That's what make it hard to stop the habits.

Only if I've done some appetite surpressing drugs Friday, come down Saturday and binge out Sunday. Makes for a horrible Monday but it's only like once or twice a month:yeshrug:

I suppose I binge when I eat my meal but I only eat once a day. I got into intermittent fasting and now I'm on my fifth day of my fast which will be broken tomorrow. I lost 60 lbs and lowered my blood pressure.
