anyone here have problems with binge eating? I am very active and work out heavily, but my nutrition ranges from perfect to absolute crap. There really isn't any in between. They say the solution is to find a happy medium, but I don't like portioning my junk food because i'm not satiated or satisfied. I'd rather pig out every once in a while, but the problem is i binge for a few days or a few weeks then get so sick of myself that I start eating 100% healthy again. I feel like a rat trapped in a maze brehs 
my last binge consisted of:
-6 regular sized butterfinger bars
-3/4 of a family sized bag of munchies chips
-2 king sized snickers bars
and my mouth is salivating right now just typing this shyt, but i've managed to string a few days of healthy eating together. anyone else struggle with this? and the thing is, i'm muscular and ripped and not fat, so no one could tell that i engage in these habits.
