Are you serious with the last question? I guess you don't know about that life where you're still having fun even though you've broken up. Come on man step up your post relationship situations. It don't always go well but this is an extreme case. I've done it many times and I know I'm not the only one even on here. This isn't uncommon for you to ask this question all perplexed to be honest.

The coli will try to chop you up for sounding like a lame that isn't speaking from experience but like a white person that googled some shyt and act like an authority of how blacks operate. That's the problem nowadays dummies like you sound so robotic shyt is laughable. You also sound more like a white person on this issue than someone black with experience with other black people. I've heard more white people on YouTube say stuff like you than actual black people that are mainly around black people. That's why all you dudes that go out of your way to say you're black online I'm always looking at y'all as the main overcompensating nikkas on here.
I got no energy arguing with you. In the ignore list, you go.
Your recent posts have a lot of contempt, it sounds like you're going through some shyt in real life. Godspeed.

You smoking something if you think he could've had his pick of women. If that's the case dating coaches and the like would only be for broke dudes.

The rest you posted I agree with but is common sense that isn't always that common unfortunately.
Dating coaches are primarily for those White men that are overly picky with zero swagger. They have to have a certain type of woman that checks all their boxes in their mind.

If you are a brother with money, a little bit of personality, and charisma you can have your pick of women. Obviously, I'm sure every now and then some women won't be interested, but money opens up opportunity that isn't there to brehs that don't have it.

A lot of sistas would have given dude a date just on his income and potential alone even if they weren't crazy about him.

In the past, before I met my wife I could even tell with me some women were dating me on potential and my income wasn't anywhere near this guy's.

A young lady told me to my face one time, you're the type of man we marry we just have fun with those others guys until we grow out of that phase. I get where she was coming from, but I took the ish as an insult particularly at that time in my life.

You need start accepting that this is mostly cultural. Black africans who make it to start familites in America are usually highly educated to begin with, and therefore come to America with the mentality of "building wealth" and therefore end up marrying equally educated women. Their children as a result end up being raised with those values. Education is highest priority and they pour LOTS of money into their children's education to ensure that they aren't assed out after they finish school. They go to high quality schools and network with cacs, and therefore end up in positions where great paying jobs are accessible.

In contrast, lots of American black families are in the low income side of thing. Many just work to get by and put food on the table and thus have no means of raising children to be as educated as possible. This is why many families resort to sports as a way of escaping poverty because it requires less money since athletic scholarships get thrown at the talented kids. Besides, once the kids make it into the big leagues, they end up earning waaaaay more money than these software engineers. This means of survival has fostered a culture that doesnt put as much emphasis on higher education as other black groups (for reasons stated above). This is why you see lots of Nigerians and other "immigrants" in these STEM jobs. It is a result of culture passed down multiple generations. Very few Native Americans end up chasing Masters and PhD degrees in Math and Engineering so the lack of representation can easily look like ADOS is being deliberately cut out of the pie share.

This doesn't excuse the blatant racism and short ceiling that black people as a whole face in tech because of cac's perception of us and our intellect.

I hope this makes sense. I know thecoli will try to chop me up tho regardless :hubie:

I see what you're saying...

Only 2 cents I'll add is

1. I do think its more class than culture. Many African immigrants enter the US already highly educated. They seem to focus on STEM / Finance...

ADOS are hustlers. However....

2. I think we spread our hustle thinly over every industry. For example: I think an ADOS would more likely hustle in fashion or sports or entertainment or hairstylist or crafts.... because those are the spaces that we have been allowed in (by wypipo).

We could excel in tech also, but a good foundational education in math/science is not in reach (or the focus) for too many of us.

Fam again are you on something? They have a gang of black dating coaches nowadays. You really need to get out of your bubble fam.

A lot of,sistas wouldn't gave dude play. You're truly oblivious on this issue lol. You listed three things that I can agree with but most of these dudes are lacking 2 of the 3. That's the problem. A lot of sistas would've fleeced boy but that's not what most dudes are really looking for if they can help it.

Yeah no stuff when you're younger like dude is and you probably were when meeting your wife women will date for potential over actual accomplishments. Tell me something I don't know. Of course you should take it as an insult because she basically told you you don't get the WAP wapping but I need a dude like you when its time to find a sucker. You should always feel some type of way if a chick tells you that.

Who said he wasn't a simp? I said people have invited folks they aren't with over after they broke up. That's two different things

You're allowed in any space you want to. Some just use the cac man as an excuse. Some of,y'all are sadly defeated people in the mind.

I agree with your points overall but that white people shyt is a copout.

Absolutely, humans have a tendency of favoring self-preservation. So certain groups are more willing to give opportunity to those they seem to relate to the most. That is why you don't find too much game sharing among the few black people in tech.

Your last point is very much true. There is no shortage of intellectual talent amongst black americans. The issue is that young kids don't have many immediately accessible role models who are in the sciences who can steer and motivate them towards that direction. Everytime kids turn on the TV, a black figure is an entertainer 90% of the time. This causes kids to dream to be like those entertainers, instead of the engineer who is relatively a nobody if you factor out his bank account.
