Do they know how to cut Black Men hair
i heard they do now. i shave my head bald for free so i havent been. but other black men tell me they do
I am half Filipino so I will add on something from what my mom told me. She told me that if you're in Cebu to be careful. It's close to a region out there where they got actual witches out there. If you're unfortunate to cross one of them, they'll cast a hex/curse on you that can make you sick or worse kill you. May sound like I'm spinning some tales, but it happened to one of her family members and her father had to put a stop to that. She also said her family used to live in the southern part of the Philippines but left after the residents started hacking people to death. So they will pull up on you if you mess around down there.
we are advised by our govt to stay clear of the south. some still go.....i havent been. i get hit on by a lot of girls from there tho. and i know a brotha from the UK that been. he got a female out there met her fam and all that but he also said he got spat at for being a westerner. they do not like westerners down there .. thats where the jihadists are.
im in the north, loads of foreigners here they aint trippin, they hella soft, LA is more dangerous.
