I'm sorry but this is exactly what i'm trying to say,i wasn't saying they didn't originate from Africa. I'm saying they did but came here on their own terms.
The title of the thread is very misleading.

It wasn't an attack title... it was a question title.

Most of what we hear, we hear from a CAC prospective, so it's always possible that other ideas are valid.

I'm saying though.... Obviously we originated in Africa, but people are downplaying the impact of the transatlantic slave trade and saying most of came from African explorers.

I'm not sure where i read this but most "African Americans" aren't actually from African.. that they are from America and cacs used the ultimate trickery. Something along the lines of there isn't a reliable amount of bodies in the ocean that they claimed to throw over, and they actually just crossed a river and called it the ocean. There are wayy to many black Americans for them to all ave came from Africa. Probably got separatedafter centuries if the continents moving apart.
