Black America's problem is that we don't have strong black fathers.

Above the fray.
We need fathers raising our children, in-person EVERDAY, to adulthood.

When we began looking for "father figures" instead of supporting Black biological, residential fatherhood
and husbandry, the internal culture began its internal decline.

Notice that we never say we're looking for "mother figures."
Some of the father figures that dudes seek out are only out to exploit them.
Graveyards and Prisons are filled with dudes who were steered in the wrong direction by older men.

Y'all really don't want to talk about this really. You really don't want to talk about the government destroying the black family. You really don't want to talk about the women taking the government money instead of having the men in the homes. You really don't want to talk about how most of the women don't want the father around. Or the simple fact that they should choose character instead of who get their p*ssy wet.

Black man protect your seed. You have one do your best to raise them right. Only thing you can do.

Yes these are conversations people really don't want to sit down and have. I done seen too many brehs be good fathers but the welfare system drive that wedge between black man and black woman.

Asking for police reform is one thing and that's good but nobody wants to talk about positive reform about family court/child support court especially the latter that keeps the prison industrial complex moving.

So Cal
With all due respect, what does this have to do with the thread topic?
It's directly tied thread the black man raising a proper black family = The most dominant/powerful family unit possible on the planet, that's why black men have been removed/degraded from the community. As long a black men are losing the black community doesn't have a shot in hell. nikkas clowning each other like August & Will inadvertently doing the white man's bidding, making each other look bad. @HARLEM AL is speaking to HOW black men who would more likely than not become fathers have been prevented from doing so from both external forces (the government putting drugs in the community, child support/custody rulings, the glorification of thug/gangster black men, etc.) They don't even have to get the WHOLE community just remove black men and show images of white men being on top. Add materialism and capitalism and you have Black America in the state it is today. That's why I'm leaving because Black America is sadly a lost cause at this point. As he said all I can do is my part and hope, but I'm not doing my part here.

Responsible men make responsible decisions. Nothing you or HA said is new. We grow up in environments where we see other people's issues play out before our eyes, either relatives, friends, neighbors, or in the media.

No 18 year old today can claim ignorance about what it is.

(Insert name) did that
so hopefully you don't have to go through that

Why blame the Welfare system for driving a wedge between black men and black women? Unless you can't find a job, nobody is forced to live on welfare and welfare doesn't make you separate.

Women make the mating choices. Look at who they choose to inseminate them. Go take up your beef with LSA.

The Zs aren’t having babies, and if they are they’re dating out. shyt the millennials probably kicked that off. This narrative that black men need to be better fathers is fruitless. It don’t matter how good or good character he has if the mother don’t want him to be around. He got to take that L and deal with the court system and never let that happen to him again.

Again, I said y’all really don’t want to have the conversation. You nikkas want daps.

If you don’t see what it has to do with the topic then you really don’t want to see good fathers.
That's a copout. You said there's a conversation that people really don't want to have.

Everything you mentioned was reality when we were in middle school, and we both saw relatives and/or people we knew going through it.

I agree with you about just trying to make the best out of situations. But let's not sit here and ignore that dudes need to move smarter.

Are you playing stupid? The women are taking the welfare instead of having the fathers in the house. There’s generations of females that do that goofy shyt.

What you essentially saying is fukk what the woman does you need to go out there and be a better father despite her actions driving the wedge between him and his child.

Also y’all don’t want to hold these women out here who is having sex with these no good dudes. Almost 50% of black men don’t have kids. The other 20% is married. That leaves about 30% of the men left. There’s a 70% out of wedlock rate in the black community. Again, do y’all really want to talk about it?

When you graduated high school, out of your crew how many of them grew up with Pops in the household?
Out of the dudes in your senior class, what % would you guess grew up with Pops in the house?

Are we going to keep it 100 about Black fathers not being in the household?

I thought you were blaming Welfare for division and not the women.

I’m blaming both. The enforced that shyt and the women took it. They wanted their freedom. All this shot is baked in the cake. Do we need more black fathers? Yes, shyt more men role models period. But let’s but let’s be open and honest about what’s really going on.

Not you, but I don’t even like talking to nikkas about this shyt. nikkas be on some super hoetep shyt instead of calling it for what it is.
