Rewatched S1 and the first half of S2 as an adult made me like the show a little more. Appreciated how pro Black culture the show was and the positive role models for Black youth. Wasn't really feeling the dramedy vibes of the show, it's hard for non cable shows to pull that off.


My most unpopular opinion when it comes to Black Sitcoms is the Steve Harvey Show is the GOAT Black sitcom..

Jamie Foxx Show:

• Tired of seeing Jamie and his tight ass muscle shirts
• Tired of the whole "will Fancy fukk Jamie" episodic series
• Tired of Braxton corny goofy ass
• Mad that they bushed the gawd Garrett Morris in later seasons
• The funniest episode was the pie episode and that's not saying much
• The wedding finale was corny AF

Overrated ass show.

The supporting cast was just terrible

But I started getting my hair braided at this chick house.. In the chair bout 2 hours and she would put it on moesha, one on one and the parkers and shyt and just let em play.... some of them shows are actually good, well written. .. and low key funny
