Yall worship black business owners a bit too much. give them passes for anything, but rarely show the same love for black workers. Its like a bias towards poor black folk in favor of the rich ones.

They're bars, not restaurants. Or "cocktail lounges" for the pretend sophisticates. Restaurants lose money on food a lot of the time. The profit is in the drinks, so bars don't bother pretending...just toss a burger or nachos or whatever to give patrons ballast so they can keep drinking.

There's a reason bars last the duration, when restaurants are folding every six months.
