i took a course in evolutionary biology and that shyt is hard to believe
I'll give an example: mutations are the driving force for evolution, every enzyme, protein, body part, organ etc we have is because a random mutation that was beneficial and allowed the creature with the mutation to survive and thrive
so our DNA has self correcting enzymes that scan our DNA to find errors and mutations and correct them.
basically what that means is a random mutation occurred that lead to an enzyme that can proofread and correct mutations.
basically going against the driving force for evolutionary adaptation.
another example is our immune system
our immune system cells will attack anything that doesnt have our own biological marker. doesnt matter what it is, if its missing a marker it will be destroyed. What this means is a random mutation occurred in every organ system to lead to the exact same marker on every cell in our body (if for example our liver cells didnt have the same marker our immune system would wipe out our liver). How could all our cells get that specific marker through random mutation? At the same time the Immune system cells need a mutation that alllows them to detect the marker.
Its so complicated and retarded bruh
I believe in Macroevolution (natural selection, survival of the fittest etc) as a law of nature but Microevolution (DNA, mutations etc) i find really hard to believe
