In the end, that probably didn't matter because the case he lost 4-3 in 2016 with Obama's court would have been a 5-4 or 6-3 win with Trump's court even with the White litigants.

It's good to see HBCUs bouncing back with growth, they produced by far the most important black figures per capita in the history of the world. Alcorn's alumni list along shows that but we should still have access to the highest of heights, our people fought and died for that access.

While I am glad more students are enrolling in HBCUs. The idea that doors are closing for Black students at schools like MIT is not a net positive. MIT's network is insane and if you graduate it's one of the few schools that can plug you into a high paying job right right away. MIT only admits the elite and elite Blacks should have access to elite institutions should the grades allow that.

Access to MIT and funding for HBCU's?
What's the plan when we get neither?

Why would losing access and leverage help any of our causes?

Strong HBCU's will strengthen ADOS/FBA peoples position in the south.

We need to take over several states in the south in order to survive socially and politically.

Once that happens these types of things will work themselves out and the M.I.T. rates will naturally rise.

I was thinking about this more last night and basically come to a realization. This really isn’t White people’s country like it once was as the door has been blown wide open now, it’s basically hit the critical point.

It’s only going to get more pure and real from now on, for everybody. shyt has been equalized or approaching that point rapidly. The people in every corner of this country’s infrastructure are now diverse, from college to the military to Congress to the high-paying jobs and these people don’t have the same history and will not show any quarter. Especially with Kamala and the incoming run on Democratic leadership with Newsom and his history in Cali with Asians and Latinos: this isn’t White people’s America anymore. Look at Congress, especially the Democratic side. AOC and them don’t look like how Congress once did 50 years ago. The best and better people are getting in at all points.

White folks don’t run everything like they once did so don’t expect anybody to move the goal lines like that, because they can’t anymore. If White folks can’t get into these colleges at a higher rate than Asians, what does that tell you? At this point there’s no going back: colleges won’t cater to people with less GPA, scores and academic achievements because they don't want to blow up their reputation. That’s not going to happen. It’s time to face it, colleges now cater to the people with the highest intellect and those people don’t have the same history in this country so they don’t see the need to feel like they owe anybody anything.

If you want it, you’re basically going to have to compete for it. Don’t expect anything else. Competition is getting to the point where it’s now pure. It don't stop after college either with things like Leetcode. That's the reality of things. Look at what we can make shyt do today, if you want to be apart of the advancements, you got to now be advanced. It ain't going to meet you halfway and people are getting tired of the fairytale stories folks are telling themselves and trying to convince other people. The grifting needs to end.

These are the numbers, it’s just time to get very real and to stop trying to get cute and reckless. This is what current America and it’s academic snapshot looks like. If they don’t show White folks or even their own any quarter in the books, do not expect them to do anything for anyone else.

Reality is that they missing out and not the black students. Any top university knows that a diverse population is their strength. This is a win for HBCU's.

Its a loss for black students because if they are RESTRICTED TO HBCUs, the enrollment rates will plummet due to stricter competition. If a young black HS grad got rejected from a HBCU and a PWI due to the stiff competition, they assed out.

More options = more blacks graduating. Limiting and restricting black kids to HBCUs will cause the graduating rates to sink. Even community colleges now can restrict people based on race. Y'all really want to go back to the 1940s when the graduation rates were 1% for black adults?

But less blacks overall are graduating due to the limited spaces available. Most of those PWI schools are TAX PAYER FUNDED as in, anybody should be allowed as long as they pay taxes.
